How often do you service my yard?
We offer flexible scheduling to fit your needs — weekly, twice-weekly, bi-weekly, or even one-time cleanups. Most customers prefer weekly service to keep their yard fresh and waste-free year-round.
How do I start service?

How does billing work?
All billing is processed on the first of each month before services begin. You can securely set up automatic payments using a debit card, credit card, or bank account. Invoices will be emailed after payment.
Do I need to be home during service?
Nope! As long as your yard is accessible and your dogs are in a secure spot, our technicians can complete your cleanup without you being home. You’ll receive a text notification before we arrive and a confirmation after the job is done.
Are your technicians background checked?
Yes — every Scoop Method team member goes through comprehensive background checks and training to ensure professionalism, safety, and trustworthiness on every visit.

Absolutely. We take your pet’s safety seriously. After every cleanup, we send a photo of your securely closed gate so you can have peace of mind knowing your furry friends are safe.
How do you keep things sanitary between yards?
After each visit, our technicians sanitize all tools, equipment, and shoes using kennel-grade, eco-friendly disinfectant. This prevents any spread of bacteria or disease from yard to yard.
What do you do with the waste?

What happens if my dog is outside?
We Love Dogs! if your dog is friendly and behaved we’re happy to clean with them. We will keep the yard secure when we arrive and leave. If your dog is territorial, aggressive, or nippy, we ask you keep them inside, or secure, for everyone’s safety.
What if it rains or snows?
Rain or shine, we work hard to keep your yard clean! If weather conditions make service unsafe or impractical (like heavy snow or lightning), we’ll notify you and adjust your schedule as needed.
